INDIVIDUAL TRAINING VS. PARTNER & GROUP TRAINING
- Individual training provides an individualized approach to fitness instruction and motivation for goal attainment. Our highly qualified, nationally certified trainers work with you to design a program tailored to your goals, needs, and preferences and coach, cue, and motivate you during your workouts.
- Partner training offers the opportunity for you to achieve your health and fitness goals with friends. You and your workout buddy (or buddies) can team up to share a one-hour session with one of our trainers. Partner training sessions are great for people who are at similar fitness levels, and enjoy or plan on working out together.Â
TYPE OF TRAINERS
- Master Trainers have advanced experience and specialized education. They provide superior coaching and have the ability to work with physically diverse populations, such as those with chronic disease or high-level athletes.Â
- Staff Trainers have a wide range of knowledge and resources to assist clients with everything from weight loss and overall fitness to sport-specific training.
