Locker Rental


The following prices are the rates for renting a locker at the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion for one year (minimum 3 months). To rent a locker please visit the Membership Office in the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion.

Rental Locker Policies
  • The rental period for all lockers starts September 1 and ends August 31.

  • Renters who terminate their rental agreement before the end of the rental period will receive a refund prorated to reflect the duration of the rental. 

  • Lockers must be rented for a minimum of three months. There’s no prorated refund for locker rentals canceled before the initial three months. 

  • Only Northwestern Recreation-issued locks are permitted to secure rental lockers.

  • All locker contents must be removed by August 31 for annual cleaning and sanitation (September 1–7). Renters may return their items beginning Friday, September 8, provided they have renewed for the new rental period.

  • Lockers not cleared by renters prior to the due date in August are cleared by staff, and contents are stored for 30 days. Please leave the lock on the locker.

  • Locker contents that remain unclaimed after 30 days of locker expiration are discarded.

  • Day-use lockers used overnight are cleared by staff, and contents are stored for 30 days. 

  • Northwestern Recreation reserves the right to access secured lockers at any time.
