Policies encompass Martin Stadium, Lakeside Field, and Hutcheson Field.

Only Northwestern students, faculty, and staff are permitted to use the fields, and the field supervisor must be onsite to use the fields.

All injuries must be reported to the field supervisor on duty.

No cleats on Lakeside Field Hockey field. Cleats are allowed in Martin Stadium and Hutcheson field.

Participants cannot use departmental equipment for soccer goals (trash cans, stanchions, etc.) other than actual soccer goals.

No food is allowed on the field playing surfaces.

No pets.

No drones.

No smoking, alcohol, or drug use on the premises.

All goals (soccer/lacrosse) must be returned to the original storage location and locked when finished.
- The field supervisor is stationed in the press box and has the final say on field usage, weather-related decisions, and emergency medical response.
Long Field is not available for reservations outside of Sport Club, Intramural, and Athletic events.
