Fitness is for every body! Whether you are coming to fitness for the first time, after a short or long hiatus, or are an athlete or dancer looking to cross-train and improve your performance, I can help you find your strength. My focus is on proper alignment and core activation for a safe and effective workout. Once you establish a strong foundation, I will tailor workouts to meet your specific goals, drawing on a large vocabulary of movement and tools to keep your training progressing and enjoyable. Fitness is a life-long journey, not a destination.
