Building Strength 101 is centered around women and non-binary students but is open for enrollment to all Northwestern students. This small group training class will empower you to feel comfortable lifting weights and getting stronger! Our female trainers will guide you through the principles of progression and lead you through a foundational weight-lifting workout, including (when ready) squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, and more.
This 5-week small group training class meets twice a week for 60 minutes per session. Enrollment is open to Northwestern students (undergraduate and graduate) who are interested in strength training. All levels of fitness are welcome.
