Work with a Pilates instructor to focus on your personal needs and help build strength, flexibility, and balance. This method focuses on breathing and coordination while improving alignment and posture on the Pilates reformer and other equipment to help lengthen muscles and produce successful results.

Private yoga instructors will help address your individual needs and provide you with the tools and instruction needed to improve your breathing, flexibility, posture, core strength, and muscular balance, allowing attention to the mind-body connection.
