It's time for our annual locker maintenance! Current annual locker rentals expire on August 31, and we'll be conducting deep cleaning and sanitation of all lockers from August 30 through September 7. Whether you're planning to renew your locker or let it expire, everyone will need to remove their belongings temporarily during this maintenance period.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Locker Renewal Deadline: Saturday, August 30
- Current Rentals Expire: Sunday, August 31
- Locker Sanitation Period: August 30 – September 7
- Items May Be Returned: Monday, September 8
RENEWING YOUR LOCKER
Want to keep your locker for another year? If you wish to renew for 2025/2026, call or visit the Membership Office during office hours by August 30. Your new rental period will run from September 1, 2025, through August 31, 2026. Even if you're renewing, you'll need to remove all items by August 30 for the sanitation process and can return them starting September 8.
ENDING YOUR LOCKER RENTAL
Don't need your locker anymore? Simply remove all items by August 30 and your rental will automatically expire on August 31.
If you wish to end your locker rental before August 31, complete a refund request form and email it to the Membership Office. You'll also need to remove all items from your locker. Once we receive your completed form and confirm your locker is empty, we'll process your prorated refund.
LOCKER SANITATION: AUGUST 30 – SEPTEMBER 7
We'll be deep cleaning and sanitizing all lockers during this period. Everyone must remove ALL items by August 30 — this applies whether you're renewing or ending your rental. If you renewed your locker, you can return your items starting Monday, September 8.
Unclaimed items left in lockers after August 30 will be stored for a maximum of 60 days.
