Northwestern University Recreation

This space is reserved for Northwestern student groups and internal recreational programming. If you have an instructor that is not a student, faculty, or staff, you will need to get approval from the Recreation Department.

Space is for practices only. No events! You can not charge any person for entering the facility or attending your practices.

Please do not enter the studio until the time of your practice. Additionally, make sure you are finished and out of the room by your end time. There will be groups before and after your practices.

Keep music volume to a reasonable level.  

All groups wishing to use the studio sound system must provide their own AUX cable.

Non-marking shoes are required for all participants. Footwear must be clean, flat, soft rubber-soled court shoes.

Do not dance or congregate in the hallways outside the studio before or after your reservation.

The Northwestern Recreation Department is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Report all injuries or medical needs to the Northwestern Recreation facility staff on duty.

Food and beverages are not allowed.

Should any problems or conflicts with the studios use arise, please consult Building Supervisor for assistance.

Northwestern Recreation employees have the final say in policy interpretations and enforcement.
