Provides quality one-on-one or small group instruction and motivation for goal attainment; easily accommodating the needs of all individuals. 

One of our certified personal trainers will work with you to design a program that is tailored to meet your personal goals and interests, as well as provide the necessary guidance to achieve your personal best.    


COMPLIMENTARY FITNESS ASSESSMENT & CONSULTATION 

All members are eligible to work with the fitness staff to receive professional advice and guidance toward the development of an individualized exercise program. 


MASSAGE THERAPY

 One of the most effective ways to combat stress and enhance wellness. 

Our massage therapists will work with you to customize your experience and cater to your individual needs. 

Effective massage therapy techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy and Reflexology are available to students, members and non-members.
