AQUA FITNESS
This fun and invigorating workout enhances cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility using the natural resistance of water. A great cross-training alternative. No swimming experience required. (All Levels)
ASHTANGA YOGA
Synchronized breath and movement guide the body through a series of progressive postures. Ashtanga yoga enhances circulation, flexibility, stamina, strength, and calmness. This intro class offers the first half of the Ashtanga primary series with modifications. (All Levels)
BODYPUMPTM
A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit! This total body workout uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. Instructors coach you through scientifically proven movements and techniques while pumping out encouragement, motivation, and great music! (All Levels)
CYCLE EXPRESS
An indoor cycling class is perfect for those wanting a quick and effective cardiovascular workout. (All Levels)
GENTLE YOGA
Designed with beginners in mind, this class combines foundational yoga postures with breath control. Mindful movements allow for increased body awareness and improved range of motion, while the slower pace allows time to refine alignment and increase flexibility. (Beginner)
HATHA YOGA
The foundation of all yoga styles, this basic format incorporates postures, breath awareness, and balance to the body. Hatha yoga offers the physical benefits of balance, strength, flexibility, as well as relaxation, and stress reduction. (All Levels)
LATIN DANCE WORKOUT
This high-energy Latin Dance class pairs Latin beats to the steps of Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, and Cha-Cha-Cha. Expect a full-body workout that gets the heart pumping and promotes flexibility and core strength. No dance experience or partner is required. (All levels)
MINDFUL MEDITATION
Learn how to control your thoughts and feel limitless, powerful, and inspired while being in a deep state of calm. A rich array of powerful meditation practices allows you to experience the immediate benefits of pranayama, mantra chanting, and mindfulness. (All Levels)
MINDFUL YOGA

PILATES BARRE WORKOUT
A combination of Pilates, resistance training, and ballet barre exercises designed to lengthen and tone muscles. This class focuses on isometric training using high repetition and limited range of motion to increase core strength, balance, and hip mobility. (All Levels)
