ILLINOIS LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST
My journey into massage began long before I went to school, starting with a simple desire to help my mom after her long work shifts. That passion evolved into a professional career in 2010 when, encouraged by my boss, I enrolled at Cortiva Institute. With over 14 years of experience working in spa and clinical settings. I've learned to customize every session to a client's needs. My commitment to helping people feel better is the reason I love what I do. I'm skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, neuromuscular therapy, post-surgery rehab, sports, and myofascial release.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU?
My passion for helping someone find comfort and relief from tension is what motivates me every single day. Whether it's through therapeutic, sports, or clinical massage, I use my 14 years of experience and specialized skills to not only address their immediate discomfort but to empower them with the tools and relief they need to live a more active, pain-free life.
Â
WHAT IS THE MOST REWARDING PART?
For me, hearing a client say, "I feel so much better now," is the most rewarding part of my work and the reason I love what I do. I love to see a client's body and mind find relief. It's the moment of genuine ease when their shoulders finally drop or the look of gratitude when chronic pain subsides.Â

WHAT'S YOUR MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT?
About 12 years ago, I had a client come in who had been struggling with a frozen shoulder. She told me she had been in physical therapy for over six months with no progress and couldn't even raise her arm above her ear. After a single 90-minute session, she came out of the room almost in tears, excitedly showing me that she could now raise her arm all the way up with ease and without any discomfort whatsoever. That day is one I'll never forget. Not only did it show me the incredible, immediate impact of my work, but it also built a lasting connection. It’s a powerful reminder of how profound a single massage session can be for someone's quality of life.Â
