TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that anyone can reach their fitness goals, whether it's to lose weight or to improve overall health, to get ready for beach season or triathlon season. Whatever the personal goal, I strive to help in the best way I can.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS AN INSTRUCTOR?
I train you like I train myself. I tend to keep the intensity high but manageable, so you'll feel great afterwards and will want to continue toward your goals. Too easy is boring, too hard is demoralizing, just right is what I aim for.
